In my opinion, what helps me feel well is playing sports and talking with my friends, because these habits make me feel happy and focused. Also, according to science, these things that I said, make people feel happy, focused and motivated.
A habit that I need to improve is eating vegetables and reading books, because I’m not a fan of vegetables and fruits, and I don’t eat them every day, and this can make me feel very stressed. Also the same thing about reading, but I think that I will read and eat healthy food every day. And because of this, I think that I still have many things to improve in my life.
In my routine, I have many habits. These habits make me feel well because according to the science these habits are good to my mind. I think that all my habits make my body balanced that is why I think that all of them make me feel good.
However, I think sometimes I need to improve some things like reading because I don’t always have time to read because my day is very busy. I say this because I have english class, math class and school. That is why I think that having good habits is good to our body.

In my life, I practice exercise. I walk alone and with my husband, I do meditation , and I try to live a healthy life. I usually wake up at 5:20 am , I prepare breakfast for me and for my family. In my house we eat a very strong breakfast. We usually eat papaya ,eggs, coffee, coconut ,and ghee butter bread without gluten. I eat a small piece of bread. I need to improve my level of stress. Before, I felt more stressed, but now I feel a little bit better.
